No. We don't take motor club dispatch. We work directly with customers and pay-per-call billing. If you have AAA, they'll dispatch a different provider. If you'd rather call us directly, you can — we usually arrive faster and bill you direct.
A winch-out is when we pull your vehicle out of a ditch, mud, off the shoulder, or anywhere it's stuck but undamaged. We use our wrecker's winch to recover the vehicle without towing it. After the winch-out, you usually drive away.
We can't install a tire we don't have. If you don't have a spare, we'll tow you to the nearest tire shop. Often the cheaper option in a pinch.
